What: Ami and Asami sneak into the old school building! Others can join too!
When: 8:30PM, some night in June?
Where: Old School Building
Who: Ami, Asami, others!
People in school knew Ami as one person. Asami as Ami's only friend had begun to see a different side to her. And tonight it was almost as if a whole other side of Ami was coming out. A girl who had grown up playing fantasy games and wishing every single day that magic was real so that she could change her body and become who she wanted to be, she had grown up to be a little excited by adventure and the lure of possible mystery. Because if if something beyond explanation could exist at all, that meant there was a chance, no matter how small, that her dream could actually come true.
So when Asami found Ami crouched down by the fence outside the old school building, she'd see the young idol in all black, with plenty of adventuring supplies. She wore a pair of tight black jeans, sneakers, a black turtleneck, and her hair was put up in two buns on the side of her head out of the way. She had a smalls length of rope coiled and hanging from her shoulder, as well as a stack of ofuda she had made from designs online.
"Asami-chan, over here!" she whispered from her hidden spot, waving a short hand to her friend.

Watchman is BLINDED for a turn.
"Augh-- you..." he began, aiming his arm in the direction where he vaguely remembers one of the kids was - Takuro. Another hellfire fireball shot.
(Roll of 9. Chances of hitting are cut in half when blind. The following math applies. Enemy accuracy can make upf or blindness, going against the character's speed for evasion.
WATCHMAN'S Accuracy is 2 (+1 bonus)
Takuro's speed is 4 (-2).
Watchman's ultimate attack: 3 / Failure.)
Light damage for 15 points.
(TURNS START OVER AGAIN, IN THE SUGGESTED ORDER THIS TIME. Apologies if last time we played out of order, specially to those who felt left out. D:)

"What the- hey!"
The scroll dropped out of his hands as the sticky web wrapped around him and a thoroughly-bound Takuro fell down. "Is there something else- ow, shit, too tight," he grunted, struggled uselessly against the fibers.
[Non-combat tag]
As Takuro announced, loudly, 'Too tight', Kaunko raised his eyes from the sticky mess. He waited just a second to reach into his loincloth - and goodness knows how he had pocket space there - to produce a smartphone and briefly play the appropriate music. But Mitsuya stashed it in her bag anyway. A couple of band-aids went flying out of the pile as she continued rummaging through for something useful; finally, with an irritated huff, she gave that particular section up for lost.
Bad luck all around. She'd pick through this properly later; in the meantime, there was still the Watchman himself to deal with.
But her annoyance at the whole business made it difficult to get into the right mindset, and the wind she summoned was wild and unsteady--who knew where it might go? Certainly not her. (Roll = 1)
[Mid-turn modpost]
squeezed so hard that he lost a whooping 2 HP points (5% of his damage.)
Mitsuya dealt
33 damage to Watchman!

Re: [Mid-turn modpost]
He simply stepped forward and brought both his mighty hands on both sides of Takuro cocoon. By this point, his eyes blazed red again. "Hmm... this does seem pretty tight. Let's make it a little more," uncomfortable pause. "Loose."
With a sudden squeeze and an application of fearsome, demonic force, the cocoon was ripped, and Takuro was set free.
Re: [Mid-turn modpost]
True, his opponent was blind... so he could move. So he rushed to Akito's side-- "Ahh-- Terumi-san, right? Um. I'm sorry. Let's try to move you to safety--"
Honk.
"What?"
Honk honk! Went the snake.
Itsuki blinked... Yes, he did have it on him! He sure did-- in his bag. He rushed to take out the small cup of Healing Yogurt that he had gotten from the cat merchant before, peeling the lid open. "Terumi-san, you should eat this..." he said, tipping the cup into Akito's mouth.
Re: [Mid-turn modpost]
He still followed Kudou's instructions.
The taste cut through the pain. It did taste good - very good, if he was in the state of mind to appreciate it - but what made Akito softly gasp and shiver slightly was the cooling sensation that suddenly ran through his body. All the pain didn't go away but at the very least the burning had been blissfully numbed. Even the redness on his skin seemed to be going down.
Akito shifted, attempting to push himself up, and winced. It still hurt, but his eyes were much sharper behind his glasses. He rasped, attempting an automatic slight smile when he looked at Kudou. "Thank you...I really mean it, thanks."

She had to continue fighting. Thinking about other things right then was to dangerous. Ami cleared her mind except for the image of electricity, and rushed forward. Like before when she crashed through the ceiling she tried to gather the electricity she could generate into her left hand and swung a hay maker.

He groped the nearby pile ((Luck+roll=6=7)) and found another scroll like the one from before. There was no breeze coming from this one but the seal felt cooled. By that logic, chances were very good if he aimed it at Watchman it'd have the same effect.

Against all logic a gush of water came out, as would if the end of a fireman's hose had been somehow waiting inside the rolled-up-parchment. Watchman barely had an opportunity to shout before the water sent him flying backwards [Critical! Damage of 91 x 2 = 182!] across the room.
Spotlights came from nowhere, landing on Akito for a moment, and an unseen crowd cheered for him as confetti rained from absolutely nowhere. The strange moment of anonymous acclaim ended within a couple of seconds, as the lights vanished, the confetti melted as if it were snow, and the voices quieted down.
WATCHMAN IS... DEFEATED?

That had ended handily. Mitsuya beamed at Akito, oddly proud that he'd risen to the challenge--a look of 'see, aren't you glad I brought you here?'. The confetti... well, that was peculiar, but no more so than anything else so far, when she thought about it. This new world played by its own unique rules, after all.
As tempting as it was to properly go through the treasures the room housed, now that they would be undisturbed, her eyes lighted on a more interesting prize. The staff that the Watchman had held was no longer in his grasp, and even a novice like her could tell that it was no ordinary piece of wood.
She was quick to snatch up her prize before its now-previous owner could retrieve it. What sort of power did it hold?

Itsuki was in the process of figuring out what to do with the empty cup of yogurt when Akito vanquished their foe. And then, as if triggered by his defeat, a burst of liquid gold appeared in front of him, rapidly warming up into a bright, white light that took the shape of a piece of paper. It filled with words written strange runic font that nobody remembered learning, yet all understood, and etched in gold, red and black:
This document entitles the Owner,
Briefly, the ink on the word glowed bright white, and transformed into "Itsuki Kudou" before it continued
"hereon known as the Beneficiary, an opportunity to redeem a resurrection in the event of one [1] untimely death. Take comfort in knowing that no matter how horrible things look, you will die, but then you will get better.

That spark of feeling, that sheer rush he'd gotten though from the scroll going off and what it'd done had been had been worth much more. He caught Araragi's look and beamed back for a moment.
((Luck+Roll=3=4))
He too a step forward and his foot nudged something that hadn't been there before. He reached down to pick it up and found more...yogurt?

Asami had no idea who was clapping or where the confetti came from. She had no knowledge why the web had missed the night watchman entirely, or how yoghurt could heal burn injuries. She only just caught an inkling that the ground liquified at her feet, in a golden glow. She had exactly the same as Kudou, but addressed to herself:
Life Insurance.

Takuro blinked as the battle ended with a florish. The clapping was like on the subway, and evidently pervasive regardless of their location. Taking a deep breath as the rush of battle died, Takuro bent down and scooped up the scroll that had clattered to the ground in front of his feet after the Watchman's defeat.

Six-Pack of Magic Yogurt
Ami held out her hand with a slight sour look on her face. She only gets some yogurt, and not even in her favorite flavor, Mango.
