Akito didn't particularly dislike people but he could dislike circumstances and how people (and horse demons apparently) could make him react. Or dislike himself for giving off such a big genuine reaction, no matter how extreme the circumstances had been.

For now, Akito had his collected mask back on.

"Well, it isn't out of our way to see what's here as long as we're quick about it," Akito agreed. He fiddled with his glasses, looking 'worn'. "After all, I doubt we'll have or should have much of a chance to come back here once we leave." After a moment's thought, Akito added, half 'teasing' half 'serious' as he looked around at the group, looking for tells or reactions, "I must admit. All the magic, demons, and catch all supernatural goings on does explain a lot of sudden interest in this building."
