MOD NOTE When you defeat enemies you get a chance for a loot list. Get prizes by blowing up civilian enemies of all sorts and just committing atrocities against sentient beings in a flourish fashion for big rewards!
When you do this, a list of possible prizes appears, from 1-10, where there are more lame prizes than good prizes. You do a roll, and the higher your roll, the higher the prize. LUCK lowers the difficulty of this roll by 1 point per each 2 stat points.
