"Uh you're welcome," Noel said in a polite tone of voice. Girls always made him a bit nervous, although these two looked calm and normal, except for the look on the one. He smiled slightly not sure what to add to that, except, "Are you okay?"

He looked between the two women and paused. Was he missing something, he shifted some on his foot with his bag. "Uh I hate to bother you, but..um, do either of you know how to get to the high school from here? I just got to town and my contact sort of didn't give me good directions to her house, other then, 'it's near the high school.'"
